About the ME-App Project

The ME-App project is dedicated to creating an innovative digital tool aimed at enhancing the employability and sustainable job market integration of unemployed adults facing multiple psycho-social obstacles. Recognising the need for more robust social support structures, this project aspires to fill the gap by providing continuous assistance to help individuals overcome these challenges.

Our goal is to develop the Motivation & Empowerment App (“ME-App”), a free, user-friendly app designed to empower and motivate unemployed adults, aiding them in their journey towards stable employment.

Project duration: 01.12.2023 – 31.01.2026

About the ME-App – For You! Be motivated, be empowered!

The ME-App is a groundbreaking tool tailored specifically for unemployed adults. It addresses the unique challenges they face by offering features that allow users to monitor and manage psycho-social obstacles such as mood, anxiety and sleep. The app is available in English, German, Slovenian and Polish and provides motivational messages and interactive functionalities to keep users engaged and encouraged throughout their journey.

By integrating these features into one central app, the ME-App simplifies the process of tracking and overcoming multiple, interconnected obstacles, thus enhancing the overall support structure for unemployed individuals. The app is designed to be adaptable, taking into account individual learning styles and preferences, and is accessible from various devices for maximum convenience and practicality.
