This report presents the results of qualitative and quantitative research conducted among educators in Austria, Germany, Poland and Slovenia on their use of monitoring and motivational apps in Active Labour Market Policy Programmes (ALMP-Ps), and provides key recommendations for the development and effective integration of the ME-App.
